RESERVATIONS METHOD                     

Individuals will make their own reservations for this event.  The lodging, tax and incidental charges incurred will be the responsibility of the individuals.   Payment will be due upon departure.  A pre-approved credit card or cash deposit will be required at time of reservation.  For Reservations:

ACCOMMODATIONS

Accommodations will be offered to group guests on current available basis at the time of the request.  Requests for early arrivals and/or late departures will be accommodated on a space available basis.  After April 10, 2024, all unreserved rooms in the room block will be returned to general inventory. Rooms will be offered to group guests after this date on a space available basis. Group discount rate is listed below:

 

   

          

 

 

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in for the hotel is 4:00pm;

check-out is 11:00am

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

 

GOLF: The golf tournament (scramble format) will be on Saturday afternoon.  First tee time is at 12:30 If you have foursome preferences please note on the registration form and we will try to accommodate you.

 

SPONSORSHIPS: The annual convention is designed to be as economical as possible.  We depend on sponsors to help cover the costs of speakers, prizes and some meals.  Your contribution will help maintain a good program and keep fees reasonable.  Sponsors will be recognized in printed programs and during meetings and social events. Thanks for your support.

 

 

SCHOLORSHIPS: OFGA funds an annual scholarship(s) for agriculture related students.  Convention time is an excellent time to contribute. 

You will be recognized on the printed materials.
